Payment Information

Data Sharing and Disclosure

With Other Users

When you match with another user, they see: your name, photos, bio, age, location (city-level), and a compatibility report explaining why you matched. They do NOT see your raw personality data or simulation internals.

With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform:

• Stripe: Payment processing (billing information)
• Cloud Infrastructure: Data hosting and storage (encrypted)
• Analytics: Usage analytics (anonymized where possible)
• Email Services: Transactional emails (notifications, password resets)

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for providing services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• Your digital twin and personality data are permanently deleted within 30 days
• Your profile information and photos are removed from public view immediately
• Simulation results involving you are anonymized (no longer linked to your identity)
• Backups are purged within 90 days

We may retain limited information (email, transaction history) for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Communication Preferences

You can opt out of promotional emails anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. Transactional emails (password resets, match notifications) cannot be disabled while your account is active.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (except as noted above for legal/safety reasons). Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement.

Children's Privacy
